Hot Stone Aromatic Massage  ( 1 1/4 hr $110)

Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with hot stone therapy.  Smooth hot Basalt lava stones provide deep heat therapy. The stones are orchestrated with the massage to effectively relieve your tight, tense body and melt away stress. Customize your session by adding your favorite essential oil blend. Some blends are Chocolate, Chocolate-Cherry, Chocolate- Strawberry.

Stone Deep Tissue Massage   ( 1 hr $95, 1 1/4 hr $115, 1 1/2 hr $130

Are you in Pain?  This is a combination of a Treatment and Hot and Cold Stone Aroma Massage.  The Hot stones provide deep heat therapy, while the cool helps soothe sore muscle aches and pains.  We use a combination of therapies specially designed for you, with an aromatherapy blend to help your body heal.  This is our #1 requested massage.

Aromatherapy Massage  (1/2 hr $50, 1 hr $80, 1 1/2 hr $105)

Swedish massage techniques are used in harmony with an essential oil blend.  The essential oil blends are each designed with a specific therapeutic benefit.   All About You Signature blends offered are:

Stimulating Blend - Gives a sense of energy to stressed sluggish bodies.        

Cellulite Blend - Increases blood circulation and promotes detoxification of fat cells to help smooth cellulitic deposits.

Calming Blend - Helps relieve stress and brings a feeling of peacefulness. 

Muscular Aches Blend - Releases tension and tightness from painful muscles.

Respiratory Blend - Relieves chest congestion and opens sinus passages

Only natural, non-mineral and non-animal products are used.  Highest quality cold pressed apricot carrier oil is used with the blend of essential oils.  The blends are also available for sale. 

Headache Relief Massage  ( 1 hr $80, 1 1/2 hr $105)

This massage focuses on neck, back shoulder and head musculature.  If you suffer from regular headaches, we can help.  Every day headache pain, we suggest  a 1 hour massage followed by another as needed for your pain.  Occasional headache pain, an hour massage should be enough.

Deep Tissue Massage  (1/2 hr $50, 1 hr $80, 1 1/2 hr $105)

 A massage focusing on specific muscles with techniques using deep forearm and elbow as therapeutic tools.  This massage  is usually reserved for the person in everyday pain.

Sports Massage   (1/2 hr $50, 1 hr $80, 1 1/2 hr $105)

A firm massage with deep work and including but not limited to stretching of the joints.  Techniques include cross fiber friction, compression, trigger point therapy and muscle squeezing.  An effective massage for all athletes to enhance performance or for muscle recovery after exercise.

Pregnancy Massage  (1/2 hr $45, 1 hr $70, 1 1/2 hr $95)

A combination massage adapted to the expecting mother.  Special positioning allows work to the areas of pain and tension and allow the woman to be safe and comfortable.  Great for all stages of pregnancy.  Invite your husband and we will train him to help soothe the typical pains associated with late stages of pregnancy. 

Neuromuscular Massage (1-1 1/2 hr $135)(1st visit $150, allow 1-1/2 hours)

With manipulation and realignment of the body's soft tissues, we teach the client to experience the benefits of becoming more relaxed, balanced and pain free. The client may then be motivated to make some lifestyle changes that will help keep this higher state of well being. The primary goal of this technique is to improve muscle function by enhancing oxygen and nutritive levels in the muscular fibers to reduce the effects of scar tissue and decrease pain, by minimizing irritation to the nerve endings.
