Appointments

Please respect your therapist's time.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 Hour advanced notification.  A credit card number is required when booking an appointment for spa treatments or any service more than 1 hour.  The full amount will be charged for no shows and half the amount will be charged for rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.     Our time is as valuable as yours, so we feel it is necessary to implement this policy. Please be punctual.  If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your treatment and you will be charged for the full amount of time. Insurance does not pay for late/missed appointments.  You will be billed and charged for this.

Payment

Wellness Massage, payment is due at time of service.  Cash, check, Visa or Master Card are accepted.  You are considered a client.

Insurance Can Cover Massage

Aetna-Cigna-Uniform-First Choice

For Medical Massage, your L&I and Personal Injury cases require a physician or chiropractors prescription and claim information at first visit. Some health insurance requires a prescription as well.  You are considered a patient, because of the different levels of service provided.  For this service not paid for prior to or at time of treatment the fee is as follows for 15 minute increments. If you choose to pay at time of service you'll receive a 25% discount.
